The tourist High Season in Puerto Vallarta is beginning. Calendar listings are expanding. The weather is cooling, the rain is ending and the activity now centers on the clubs and social activities. The city is alive with strange new openings and beginnings full of promise and high hopes. This is the week of Halloween and Dia de los Muertos, very similar and very popular party events.
