Designer Hamburger Contest @ Que?Pasa

The best burger contest
Monday, August 13 is the deadline for submitting hamburger recipes to Que?Pasa for their “Best Hamburger in Vallarta” Contest.

The Rules:

  • Submit recipes to Que?Pasa by Monday, August 13.
  • Que?Pasa will supply: hamburger, chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, white and red onions, buns.
  • Participants to supply: any ingredients needed to make their burger so special. In order for us to use your recipe on the menu all items must be readily available in Vallarta.
  • Contest to be held on Thursday, August 23. At 7:00
  • Judges will be chosen from regular customers at the bar
  • Each contestant needs to prepare 5 burgers. This will supply 20 samples.

The Spoils:

  • Your burger goes on the new menu
  • You get to name your burger
  • You get ten (10) free burgers
  • You get bragging rights
  • You get to have fun

ART OPENING (pizza tasting) at EAT ME :: July 27

Eat Me, the new pizza/wine bar located on the South Side is having an art opening/pizza sampling party to which everyone is invited.

Starting at 8 pm, Friday the 27th of July, there will be free sampling of all of their rather unusually named pizzas.

Eat Me is across the street from Tia Katrina and down the block from Bruce’s Back Alley Bistro.
