• LECTURE — 7 pm at the IFC. Genetically Modified Organisms: Science vs. Capitalism. Plant biologist Eric Davies will help separate the science behind GMOs–which can do much good–from the marketing practices of those who wish to control and profit from GMOs—which can do much damage. $50 donation at the door helps fund IFC charities.

• SUNSET MILONGA — 4:30 to 8 pm at the Hotel Rosita, at the top of the Malecon. Free tango lessons from 4:30 to 5:30 and then tango dancing until 8. Food and drink available for purchase.
• ADULT BINGO — 5 pm at The Palm. Miss Coco Peru will be calling the numbers – and special *adult* prizes!. Benefit for the PuRR Project, a no-kill feline sanctuary north of Puerto Vallarta.
