Sunday, March 22 is World Water Day and Puerto Vallarta is commemorating this day with IX Carrera Atlética por el Agua (IX Race for the Water).
More than 100,000 pesos will be awarded in prizes in a large number of categories and more than 700 people with ages of 6 to over 56 years old. Races will be run by age grouping.
Registration is until Saturday, March 21 at the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Stadium central office from 8 am to 3 pm.
On Sunday, March 22, part of the main airport road, avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio will be closed from 8 am until noon and passage will be slow.
