This is the LOW season. Lo siento, amigos, pero Vallarta is now for the residents and the Nationals, not the foreign tourists. Many, many private parties… lots of beach time… lots of sun…
SUNDAY August 14
- IV EXPO ARTESANA SOYATÁN — all day at the San Sebastian City Hall. Many local artisans display their creation for sale. Exquisite furniture and textiles. Plus much more. Food, Entertainment. Free admittance.
- CONCERT — Municipal Band, 6 pm, Presidencia Square, FREE
- DANCE — the Sunday Evening Dance, 7 pm, Presidencia Square, FREE
- THE MALECÓN — When the sun goes down, the Malecón comes alive. (except at this time the Malecón is closed for renovations….)

- VALLARTA FARMERS MINI-MARKET — 10 am to 1 pm, corner of Rodolfo Gomez and Olas Altas at Trattoria Michel. Good food, good people, no trinkets.

- LITERARY — Vallarta Writers’ Group Meeting, 10:30 am, Los Mangos Biblioteca.
- MUJER EN TIEMPOS DE CÓLERA — 8 pm at the Cuale Cultural center. 80 pesos.

- EL MERCADO DE ACCESORIOS Y ARTE — 5 pm, Pub & Garden, 485 Olas Altas. A sale by local artists, jewelers, clothing makers. Plus music, burlesque, tacos de ojos, and more. Entry free.
