Puerto Vallarta is in the height of its “low” season (for NOTB tourists) and the activities here now focus on local events. For a couple of months, Vallarta becomes part of real Mexico. This is Mexico without any tourists. The weather is hot and humid, as is the local life… Much is happening now.
