• DÍA DE LA REVOLUCIÓN — Revolution Day. National Holiday. Parade.
• XVII GOURMET FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL — Assorted fine culinary events at assorted venues around town. All events are expensive. LAST DAY
• 6th VALLARTAZ0 VOCHERO — (Volkswagon show) Live music, exhibition of the classics, sales of parts, parade. All Volkswagon! At the Maritime terminal. 25 pesos, kids under 13 Free.
• PARADE – REVOLUTION DAY — 9 am to noon on the Malecon.
• LA CRUZ FARMERS MARKET — 10 am to 2 pm. In the La Cruz Marina.
• MEDICINES OF THE JUNGLE WORKSHOP — At the Vallarta Botanical Gardens. 2 pm (English), 3 pm (Espanol). Dr. Leslie Korn, Director of the Center for Traditional Medicine, shares her knowledge of 30 years study of Mexican herbs. Free with Garden’s admission (60 pesos).
• CONCERT — Municipal Band, 7 pm, Presidencia Square, FREE
• PUBLIC DANCE — the Sunday Evening Dance, 7 pm, traditional dancing to live music in the Presidencia Square, FREE
• THE MALECÓN — When the sun goes down, the Malecón comes alive. Come out and see and stroll the new Malecon!

MONDAY November 21

• DÍA DE LA REVOLUCIÓN — Revolution Day. National Holiday (3-day weekend version). Banks, schools, government offices closed.

TUESDAY November 22

• MARIACHI PARADE — 6 pm, St. Cecilia Day Mariachi Parade on the Malecón. Free.
• MALECON SCULPTURE TOUR — 9:30 am. Walk along the Malecon with Gary Thompson leading an intriguing guided tour of the Sculptures. Meet at the Millennium Sculpture by the Hotel Rosita. Free.
• PEACE HOME TOUR — A 3 hour tour of 4 unique Vallarta homes. Meet at 10:30 am at Plaza Romy at I. Vallarta #228. $35(US).

WEDNESDAY November 23

• VALLARTA FEVER 5 — Vallarta’s traditional gay Thanksgiving party week.
• IFC HOME TOURS — Tour 4 local fine homes. Meet at 10:30 am at 242 Aquiles Serdan. Donation is 450 pesos (benefits IFC charity programs). Reservations suggested. 322-221-5681
• ART WALK — 6 to 10 pm. Open house at 9 Centro Vallarta Art Galleries. Complimentary cocktails. Free.
• ARTISAN’S MARKET AND INTERNATIONAL FOOD COURT — 6 to 9 pm, at the Paradise Community Center, 127 Pulpito, Old Town. Food, Entertainment and Crafts.
• BATTLE OF THE BANDS PARADE — 6 – 7 pm, on the Malecon, Free.

• ORCHID SOCIETY MEETING — 1 pm at the Vallarta Botanical gardens. The basics of orchid care for both orchids in the home or office and orchids in the garden. Free with admission to the Gardens (60 pesos).
